Following the wave of concern expressed by several media companies that Google was favoring its own services and websites in search results, like the new Knol service, Timo Paloheimo, a Finnish digital planner for an advertising agency, had an interesting idea – to give people the option to use Google search without getting results from Google’s own websites. He went on and created a service that does just that, and named it Google minus Google.

A while back, Google launched a service called Knol, which aims at becoming an encyclopedia written by experts (as opposed to Wikipedia, which can be edited by anyone). Not long after it was launched, people started to notice that, when searching various names like products or services on Google, results from Knol pages appeared higher than the original pages related to those names.

17 Agustus 2008 bangsa Indonesia memasuki babak ke-63 Tahun kemerdekaan. Gema menyambut hari bersejarah tersebut telah tersebat sampai ke pelosok negeri ini. Baik itu tua, muda, anak-anak gegap gempita meluapkan kebahagiaan menyambut Hari Kebebasan ini dengan sejenak melupakan masalah-masalah yang dialami bangsa ini dengan mengadakan lomba-lomba antar warga, antar RT, ataupun antar desa.

Menilik ke belakang, Bangsa Indonesia memasuki usia ke-63 tahun ini bukannya tambah tua tambah jadi malah tambah kurang greget balik lagi jaman orde lama dimana semua harga-harga melambung tinggi, kemiskinan tambah parah, biaya pendidikan semakin tinggi. apalagi earning tidak naik² malah mau balik ke angka nol. perlu manajemen blog yang bagus kale..

Permasalahan bangsa ini sudah sangat komplek, trus sapa yang menyelamatkan? anda? saya? atau presiden? tentunya semua warga negara Indonesia, kalo tidak kita semua siapa lagi yang akan care dengan bangsa ini. Bangsa ini sudah dalam krisis multi dimensi. Maraknya beredar video-video bugil yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak smu dan smp yang merupakan penerus bangsa ini. membawa degradasi moral yang sudah jauh. baik tua maupun muda, baik itu anggota DPR hingga kuli bangunan berbugil ria menggunakan telepon genggam.

mungkin diatas hanya sekelumit permasalahan yang dihadapi bangsa ini dari persepsi pandangan saya. kapan bangsa Indonesia bisa maju? menjadi mercusuar dunia? hanya Tuhan yang Maha Mengetahui. Selamat ulang tahun Bangsaku ‘Bangsa Indonesia’ ke 63 tahun. semoga tetap jaya. Merdeka Merdeka Merdeka…

The translation is simple. The Windows client is at a juncture, a point marked by the transition from x86 to x64. And 64-bit Windows is starting to become mainstream with 32-bit versions of the platform beginning to fade into the background. This scenario is possible mainly through the new direction adopted by Original Equipment Manufacturers. While end users have failed to crowd to the new 64-bit technologies and software by themselves, OEMs are offering the necessary catalyst, by adjusting their offerings to reflect the fact that x64 is the future.
